A shared account is an account that more than one person can add to and view. Create it, invite members with a link or QR code, and each member's expenses appear in the same ledger. The Distribution tab shows who spent what, and split expenses record who owes whom.

Members join from the link or by scanning the code. They accept the invitation and the account appears for them.
Split or personal
Mark an expense as split across chosen members, or as personal within the shared account.

For households, roommates and trips
A couple tracking groceries and rent. Three roommates and one internet bill. Six friends and a week in Mexico. The same shared account handles all of them, and it sits next to your personal accounts without mixing into them.
Each member keeps their own app
Members use their own sign-in, their own currency setting and their own personal accounts. Only the shared account is shared. Leave it, or remove a member, at any time.

Getting started
Add a new account and choose Shared
Give it a name, an icon and an opening balance if there is one.
Invite members
Share the link or show the QR code. Members accept the invitation in their own app.
Add expenses as usual
Pick the shared account. Choose which members the expense is split between, or mark it personal.
Settle up
Open Distribution to see who owes whom, then record the settlement.
