Weekly, monthly, yearly
Set the frequency once and the next due date rolls forward on its own. Annual charges, the ones that surprise people most, show up in the month they are due with the same two-day reminder.
Pause instead of delete
Cancelling a gym for the summer? Pause the entry. It keeps its history and comes back when you resume, so your yearly totals stay honest.
